摘　　要：人们曾经认为,生命是一个复杂系统,有许多特殊的运行规律.随着20世纪中叶分子生物学的诞生,科学家们提出,生命的行为可以还原到分子层次,可以通过单个生物大分子如基因或蛋白质的物理、化学性质来解释.Molecular networks are the basis of biological systems,and they consist of the basic building blocks of 'network motifs'and'modules'.Network motifs are the patterns of interconnection occurring in the net- works frequently,while modules are the discrete units of several elementary components having clear boundaries with other modules.
