80例窒息新生儿血清电解质的变化及其临床意义

摘  要:目的 探讨窒息新生儿血清电解质的临床应用价值及治疗。方法 对 80例窒息新生儿和 40例正常新生儿采用同一仪器测定其血清电解质。结果 窒息新生儿血清Na+、Cl- 、Ca2 +与正常儿相比有非常显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;其变化与窒息程度呈正相关性 ,轻度与重度窒息组相比有非常显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,本组窒息患儿血钾与对照组无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 窒息新生儿血清Na+、Cl- 、Ca2 +的测定结果可作为分析病情及评价窒息程度的敏感指标 ,并可指导治疗。Objective:To study the clinical applicable value and treatment of serum electrylytic detection in aspnyxia neonat.Methods: 80 cases of aspnyxia neonate and 40 cases of normal neonate, serum electrylytics were measured with the same instrument. Results:The serum Na +?Cl - and Ca 2+ of asphyxia neonate has significant difference compared with those of normal neonate(P<0.01).Neonate serum Na +?Cl - and Ca 2+ changes were positively related to the asphyxia degree.The comparison between severe and mild aspnyxia neonate has significant difference(P<0.01).Change of serum K + and asphyxia degree has not difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Examination of serum Na +?Cl -?Ca 2+ can be used as sensitive index for asphyxia degree and are helpful to treatment.
