对开放教育精神文明建设的几点思考

摘　　要：开放教育作为一种现代教育形式 ,它充分利用社会教育资源和现代教育媒体技术及灵活的支持管理服务 ,为学习者营造了一个自主学习的网络环境。它利用网上课堂、视频点播等功能 ,探索了师生处于准分离状态下的新的人才培养模式。根据开放教育的特点 ,结合教学中的实际 ,对加强精神文明建设和思想道德教育 ,我们应将传统的工具性教育模式转变为主体性的教育模式 ;为达到这一要求 。As a modern education form,open education provides students with a self study rnetwork situation by making full use of education resources in cociety,modern education media and flexible maragement serice system.It probes the new model of cultivating talents in the semi separate state of students from their teachers.Based on these characteristics of open education and the specific teaching,we should transform traditional education pattern to self study one to reinforce ethics constructrom.To attain this aim,we may take seven measures.
