摘 要:目的检测正常人房水中可溶性Fas和可溶性FasL的浓度,探讨二者房水浓度的相关关系,以及二者房水浓度和血清浓度的差异。方法应用ELISA法检测正常人房水43眼、正常人血清20例的sFas浓度和sFasL浓度;分析房水中二者浓度的差异(T检验)和相关关系(相关系数检验);分析sFas和sFasL房水浓度和血清浓度的差异(T检验)。结果(1)正常人房水sFas、sFasL浓度分别为670.15±185.35 pg/ml、329.44±116.70pg/ml。房水中sFas浓度明显高于sFasL的浓度。(2)正常人血清sFas、sFasL浓度分别为695.70±80.10 pg/ml、403.41±61.38 pg/ml。(3)房水和血清中sFas浓度的差异无统计学意义。(4)房水和血清中sFasL浓度的差异无统计学意义。(5)正常人的房水中sFas、sFasL浓度相关性无统计学意义。结论(1)初步测量正常人房水中sFas浓度和sFasL浓度分别为670.15±185.35 pg/ml、329.44±116.70 pg/ml。(2)正常人房水和血清中sFas和sFasL浓度无差异。(3)房水中sFas浓度明显高于sFasL浓度,二者之间无相关性。这可能与房水中sFas和FasL主要由角膜内皮细胞和虹膜睫状体细胞分泌、脱落产生,而眼部微环境对sFasL形成的局部调节作用有关。Purpose To detect the concentration of sFas and sFasL in human aqueous humor, and to discuss the alternation and relations to the concentration in serum of them. Methods Samples of normal human aqueous humor (43) and normal serum (20) were detected by ELISA. Results (1) The concentrations of sFas and sFasL in human aqueous humor are 670.15 ± 185.35 pg/ml and 329.44 ± 116.70 pg/ml. (2) The concentrations of sFas and sFasL in human serum are 695.70 ± 80.10 pg/ml and 403.41 ± 61.38 pg/ml. (3) The differences between concentrations of sFas in aqueous humor and serum are not significant (t-test, P > 0.05). (4)The differences between concentrations of sFas in aqueous humor and serum are not significant (t-test, P > 0.05). (5)The concentration of sFas is higher than that of sFasL in human aqueous humor (t-test, P < 0.05),however, there isn't relationship between them (r= 0.635, P > 0.05) .Conclusion (1)By the primary study and detection, the concentration of sFas and sFasL in human aqueous humor were revealed as 670.15 ± 185.35 pg/ml and 329. 44 ± 116.70 pg/ml. (2) There are no differences between their concentration in aqueous humor and serum. ( 3 ) It's difficult for sFas and sFasL to penetrate the blood-aqueous barrier into aqueous humor. Secretion and cast from the tissues of anterior segment of eye are major resources of sFas and sFasL in human aqueous humor. The micro-environment of eye can coordinate the concentrations of sFasL, the relation between concentrations of sFas and sFasL are not significant.
