HEINE视网膜计预测白内障术后视力的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评估HEINE视网膜计对白内障术后视力预测的有效性和实用性。方法连续选择白内障139眼,扩瞳后使用HEINE视网膜计进行术后视力预测。术后矫正视力与预测视力进行对比。结果 124例能配合检测,占89.92%。预测结果符合率77.42%,假阴性率为18.55%,假阳性率为4.03%。结论 HEINE视网膜计预测白内障术前视力的临床应用价值高,但需注意假阳性或假阴性。 HEINE视网膜计;;白内障;;Purpose To evaluate the efficacy and accuracy of Heine retinometer( HR) in predicting the visual acuity before cataract surgery. Methods 139 eyes with cataract were selected consecutively and examined with Heine retinometer after dilating the pupillae. All patients underwent phacoemulsification and IOL implantation. The preoperative predictive visual acuity was compared to the postoperative corrective visual acuity. Results Complete data were obtained in 124 patients (89. 92%). The rate of accordance is 77.42% in total. While the rate of false-negative and false-positive are 18.55%. and 4. 03% respectively. Conclusion HR is relatively reliable to predict the postoperative visual acuity. But false-negative or false-positive results may exist in the prediction.
