摘  要:目的 研究海岛地区居民非饮食因素与胃癌发病的联系 ,为采取有效的防治措施提供科学依据。方法 采用 1∶1频数匹配的病例对照研究法 ,随机选择舟山市原发性胃癌新发病例 1 0 3例和人群对照1 33例 ,进行胃癌流行病学调查 ,并以非条件Logistic回归法分析各因素与胃癌发生的关系。 结果 在调整了部分饮食因素的影响后 ,饮黄酒史 (OR =1 .81 ,95 %CI :1 .2 1~ 2 .71 ) ,慢性胃炎史 (OR =7.0 5 ,95 %CI :2 .37~ 2 0 .92 ) ,父母患胃癌史 (OR =5 .75 ,95 %CI :1 .1 3~ 2 9.38) ,心理状况差 (OR =1 .95 ,95 %CI :1 .2 4~3.0 7)等可明显增加胃癌发生的相对危险性。胃癌一级亲属 (父母 )的遗传度为 37.8± 1 1 .2 (% )。结论 饮黄酒史、慢性胃炎史。Objective To investigate the relationships between non dietary factors and risk of gastric cancer in residents of islands. Methods A frequency matched design of case control study was used. In 103 cases of gastric cancer newly diagnosed in 2001 and 133 controls randomly selected among the residents of islands. Adjusted odds ratios (OR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI) of non dietary factors were estimated using nonconditional logistic regression models. Results Increased risks of gastric cancer were associated with yellow wine drinking ( OR = 1.81 ,95%CI: 1.21 ~ 2.71 ), chronic gastritis ( OR = 7.05 ,95%CI: 2.37 ~ 20.92 ),history of gastric cancer in parents( OR = 5.75 ,95%CI: 1.13 ~ 29.38 ), and depression ( OR = 1.95 ,95%CI: 1.24 ~ 3.07 ). The heritability of GC was estimated to be 37.8 ± 11.2(%) . Conclusion Yellow wine drinking, chronic gastritis, family history of cancer and psychological factors in a certain extent affect the occurrence of gastric cancer in residents of islands.
