摘  要:以国产某新型动力换挡变速箱为研究对象,分析整体工作原理,使用AMESim建立了动力换挡变速箱液压控制系统和传动系统的模型;按照实际参数对模型参数化,仿真分析了换挡过程中变速箱液压控制系统压力、流量变化,以及输出转速、扭矩变化。结果表明:所建模型验证了该新型动力换挡变速箱设计方案的合理性和稳定性,模型可作为变速箱后期的改进及改进电控单元换挡控制策略的参考。In this paper,a new type of power shift transmission is taken as the research object.The overall working principle of the system is analyzed,and the hydraulic control system and transmission system model of power shift transmission are established by using AMESim with reference to physical data.Then the pressure and flow characteristic curves of the hydraulic control system in the process of shift are analyzed by using AMESim.The results show that the model validates the rationality and stability of the design scheme of the new power shift transmission.The model can be used as a reference for the later improvement of the transmission and the improvement of the shift control strategy of the electronic control unit.
