摘　　要：大学生读者在享受信息网络带来的恩泽时,同时也在承受着信息网络负效应的煎熬,高校馆应坚持以思想教育为基础,以知识介绍为背景,以能力培养为核心等原则进行培养教育,以削弱信息网络对大学生读者的负效应,使他们具有积极健康的信息意识,While university students enjoy the benefits of the information network, they are also tortured by the negative effects of the network. The university libraries should educate and help the students to weaken the negative effects of information network on the bases of ideological cultivation, knowledge introduction, and capability trainning. In this way, the university libraries could enable students with aspring and healthy information awareness.
