摘　　要：植物的铁营养与Nramp基因家族密切相关 ,本文论述了植物Nramp基因的克隆 ,Nramp蛋白的结构与功能 ,以及Nramp蛋白在细胞的定位 。There are closed ralationship of iron nutrition and Nramp. A review is given on cloning of Nramp in plant.The construction and function of Nramp protein,and its cellular location are conclued.We held also out a preliminary prospect for the trend of the study in the futher.
