摘　　要：知识管理已经成为现代企业管理的时尚,而项目管理作为一种理念和方法已经在许多领域得到成功应用。本文讨论了IT企业如何应用项目管理的理论和方法构建其知识管理系统的问题。知识管理项目同其他任何IT项目一样,可以从计划、组织、领导和控制等四个方面全面应用项目管理的原理和方法。Knowledge management has become a fashion of modern business management,and project management,as a theory and methodology,has been successfully applied in many fields.This paper discusses the problem about how the information technology enterprises can apply the theory and methodology of project management.Knowledge management,like any other information technology projects,may apply comprehensively the principle and methodology of project management from the four aspects of planning,organizing,leading and controlling.
