摘　　要：根据研究生督导的工作责职和要求,结合学校研究生培养的实际情况,对研究生教育督导运行机制的设计原则、功能设计、制度设计和工作方式等方面进行了探讨和实践,以期为农业院校的研究督导工作的科学运行提供优异的借鉴.According to responsibility and requirements of graduate supervisor work, combined with the actual situation of graduate education in schools, this paper discussed and practiced the design principle, function design, system design and work methods of operational mechanism of graduate supervisor work, which provided the excellent reference for scientific operation of graduate supervisor work of agricultural college.
