摘 要:目的 :探讨小鼠急性脑缺血后免疫功能状况。方法 :将20只昆明种小鼠随机分为一个对照组和一个实验组 ,在乙醚麻醉下阻断单侧颈总动脉 ,建立急性脑缺血动物模型。于缺血后第3、6、10d测定白细胞介素2(IL -2)水平 ,第10d脱臼处死小鼠 ,取脾、胸腺称重。结果 :实验组小鼠IL-2水平显著低于对照组 ,实验组小鼠于缺血不同天数间IL -2水平有显著差异 ;实验组小鼠脾脏的重量明显高于对照组(P<0 01)。结论 :急性脑缺血可使小鼠免疫功能下降。Objective:To investigate the immunologic function in mice with acute cerebral ischemia.Methods:20 Kunming species of mice were randomly divied into a control goup and experimental group.Single common carotid arterywas clamped under ether anesthesia,and the animalmodels of acute cerebral ischemia were set up.The levels of the mouse interleukin-2(lL-2)were measured at the third,the sixth and the tenth day after ischemia.The spleen and thymus were taken out to weigh from the dislocated mice at the tenth day.Results:The levels of lL-2in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group.The levels of lL-2 in the experimental group were significantly different between different days after ischemia.The weight of spleen in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (p<0 01).Conclusion:Acute cerebral ischemia would decrease the immunologic function of the mice.
