非创伤性充填技术(ART)治疗后牙龋坏疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨非创伤性充填技术(ART)在临床上推广使用的发展前景。方法 :对3～70岁后牙龋坏(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ类洞)共78例189牙 ,采用手用器械清除龋坏 ,用新型玻璃离子材料充填龋洞。结果 :6mo后复查单面洞成功率为97 1% ,邻牙合洞成功率为92 6 % ,总成功率为95 1%。结论 :ART作为一种新技术 ,符合现代预防和修复的观点 ,具有很好的发展前景。Objective:To explore the clinical application of ART.Methods:To perform ART on 78 cases aged from 3 to 70 with molars caries in their 189 teeth (cavities categories:Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅴ).The molars teeth were cleaned with manual tools and the molars cavities were filled with vitremer.Results:After 6 months,the recovering rate of single-sided cavities and mesialdistal cavites were 97 1% and 92 6% respectively.Conclusion:Atramumatic restorative treatment(ART) may bring about widely using in clinic.
