摘　　要：目的 :研究急性白血病(AL)细胞抗原表达特点及临床意义。方法 :采用流式细胞仪(FCM)对72例初诊急性白血病患者进行免疫分型。结果 :AML患者均表达两种以上髓系抗原 ,其中部分伴有淋系抗原(CD7)表达 ,M7表达巨核细胞抗原。ALL患者均表达淋系抗原 ,部分表达一种或两种髓系抗原。1例混合型白血病同时表达两种以上淋系和髓系抗原标志。4例慢粒急淋变既表达髓系抗原又表达淋系抗原。结论 :免疫分型是细胞形态学和细胞化学染色基础上对于急性白血病诊断与分型的重要补充。Obiectuve:To investigate the expression speciality and clinical signification of acute leukemia(AL)cells antigens.Methods:To collect 72 cases who were primary acute leukemia patient to make immunologic analysis by flow cytometry(FCM) Results:ALL patients all express lymphoid antigens,and some express one or two myeloid antigens.AML patients all express myeloid markers.and some of them express lymphoid antigen CD7.M7 express megakaryocytic markers.One case is hybrid acute leukemia that express more than markers of both lymphoid and myeloid origins.Four cases who inversed from CML to ALL express myeloid and lymphoid antigens.Conclusion:Immunonpyentyping is an important sapplement to the diagnosis and typing of the acute leykemia on the base of the morphology and cytochemistiy.
