摘　　要：目的:探讨胃肠间质瘤的组织起源以及概念和诊断。方法:收集近年来国内外最新相关资料进行分析总结和文献复习。结果:近年由于组织化学、免疫组织化学、电镜以及分子生物学技术的发展与应用 ,胃肠间质瘤被认为是起源于胃肠道卡哈尔间质细胞 ,所以我们把“胃肠道间质瘤”改称为“胃肠道起搏细胞肿瘤”用于描述缺乏明显的平滑肌、神经鞘或其它分化特征的胃肠道间叶肿瘤。结论:胃肠道间叶性肿瘤认识变化快。对任何肿瘤的认识都有类似过程 ,要及时跟上步伐 ,抓住要领 ,作好病理诊断。Objective:To discuss the tissue origin,concept and doagnisis of gastrointestinal interstitialoma.Methods:To collect,analyze and review the domestic and international data and literatures of recent yeaes.Results:The gastrointestinal stromal tumor had been considered as originating from interstitial cells of Cajal due to thedevelopment and application of histochemistry,immune histochemistry,electroic microscope and molecular biological technique.So'gastrointestinal stromal tumor'alter to be called as 'gastrointestinal pacemaker cell tumor'.The term is used to describe the gastrointestinal interstitialoma that they lack obvious smooth muscle,nerve sheath or the other differenciation features.Conclusion:The knowledge change of gastrointestinal interstitialoma is rapidly,so we must know this when we make a pathological diagnosis.
