摘　　要：审级制度是为法院的公正裁判服务的。它包括法院定位、受案范围的制度层面;越级上诉、强制代理的运作层面;三审终审制与再审的关系层面等。随着我国民事审判方式改革的深入,对审级制度进行与时俱进的改革显得尤为迫切。The system of judicial level is in the service of impartial judge. With the development of reform in civil judicial pattern, it seems much more urgent and necessary to reform the system of judicial levels to keep pace with the times. To meet the condition of our country's reform in civil judicial pattern, the article initially approaches the construction of civil litigation's judicial level from different angles as follows: first, the system of judiciary orientation and its scope of accepting cases; second, the operation of bypassing immediate leadership and appealing to higher levels and compulsory proxy; third, the relations between final adjudication through three trials and retrials, etc..
