摘 要:以大豆雄性不育突变体 NJ89- 1杂合体为母本或父本 ,与杂合体 T2 6 6 H、T2 5 9H、T2 73H、T2 74 H、T2 77H、T2 95 H和纯合体 T2 5 9、T2 73、T2 77杂交 ,测验 NJ89- 1雄性不育基因与已报道的大豆核雄性不育基因 ms1~ ms6的等位关系 ,结果杂交一代 (F1 )表现一致可育 ,杂交二代 (F1∶ 2 )出现育性分离 ,其分离比例符合基因不等位时的情形 ,从而证实NJ89- 1雄性不育基因与 ms1~ ms6均不等位 ;细胞形态学研究发现在败育时期、减数分裂、四分体、花粉粒等诸多方面 ,NJ89- 1与 ms1~ ms9突变体均表现不同 ,存在明显差异。因此 NJ89- 1很可能是一个新雄性不育突变体 ,其雄性不育基因符号命名为 ms0 。A set of crosses were made between the heterozygote of male sterile mutant soybean NJ89 1 and the heterozygotes of T266H, T259H, T273H, T274H, T277H, T295H and the homozygotes of T259, T273, T277, to test the allelism between the male sterile gene of NJ89 1 and ms1~ms6 reported in the literatures. The results showed that all the F 1 plants were fertile, and the fertility of the F 1∶2 families segregated in ratios in accordance with those indicating no allelism. It was inferred therefore that the male sterile gene of NJ89 1 was non allelic to ms1~ms6 . Meantime, cyto morphological data of NJ89 1 were compared with ms1~ms6 , and the newly reported ms7~ms9 , indicating that NJ89 1 was different from ms1~ms9 mutants in abortion stage, meiosis, tetrads, pollen grains etc. It was suggested accordingly that NJ89 1 might be a new male sterile mutant in soybeans and the male sterile gene symbol of NJ89 1 is assigned as ms 0 .
