摘  要:为改善柴油机瞬态加载过程中燃烧与排放性能恶化的问题,利用瞬态测控系统,在一台增压中冷柴油机上试验研究了先快后慢的多段加载策略,探索不同的"第一段加载率"、"加载停滞时间"及"第二段加载率"对柴油机转矩响应性能、燃料放热量10%,所对应的曲轴转角(CA,10)、燃料放热量50%,所对应的曲轴转角(CA,50)、烟度、CO和NOx等排放物的影响规律.结果表明:与匀速加载策略相比,"第一段加载率"越大,转矩响应性能越好,50%,转矩响应性最大提高20.4%,;较长的"加载停滞时间"能够改善排放恶化问题,烟度和CO峰值最大分别降低16.67%,和27.99%,,且在第二段加载过程中CA,10和CA,50延后程度降低;而"第二段加载率"越大,90%,转矩响应增加率越小,燃烧与排放略有恶化.综合考虑瞬态性能,"第一段加载率"为665,(N·m)/s,"加载停滞时间"为1.2,s,"第二段加载率"为221.67,(N·m)/s的加载策略为最具折衷性能的多段加载策略.Targeting the combustion and emission optimization of a diesel engine under transient operations,several multistage loading strategies were experimentally investigated on a turbocharged inter-cooled diesel engine by transient measurement and control system and explored the effects of different 'the first-stage loading rate','the loading stagnation time' and 'the second-stage loading rate' for the performance of torque response,CA,10,CA 50,smoke,CO and NOx emissions. Results show that,compared with the uniform loading strategy,larger 'the first-stage loading rate' makes good torque response. Torque response at 50%, load is maximally increased by 20.4%,. Suitable 'the loading stagnation time' can optimize the performance of emissions deterioration. Peaks of smoke and CO are maximally reduced by 16.67%, and 27.99%, respectively and the delay of CA 10 and CA 50 in the second loading stage is shorter than that in the first stage. However,larger 'the second-stage loading rate' shortens the torque response increasing rate at 90%, load,while slight deterioration on combustion and emissions. For a comprehensive transient performance,the strategy with the first-stage loading rate is 665,(N·m)/s,the loading stagnation time is 1.2,s and the second-stage loading rate is 221.67,(N·m)/s is the most suitable multistage strategy.
