摘 要:目的 :探讨苦鬼臼毒(picropodophyllotoxin,PPP)对厄洛替尼耐药裸鼠移植瘤生长的影响。方法 :建立人肺癌耐药裸鼠移植瘤模型,随机分为对照组、厄洛替尼组、PPP组、PPP+厄洛替尼联合组。检测各组移植瘤体积、重量,计算抑瘤率。结果:PPP及厄洛替尼联合组较其他组相比,移植瘤增长速度明显减慢,瘤体体积及重量明显较小(P<0.05)。厄洛替尼组、PPP组、PPP+厄洛替尼联合组抑瘤率分别为10.4%、42.3%、67.8%。结论:成功建立人肺癌耐药裸鼠移植瘤模型,PPP联合厄洛替尼能有效抑制肿瘤生长,为肺癌的治疗提供新的思路。Objective:To investigate the effects of picropodophyuotoxin(PPP) and erlotinib on the tumor growth of human lung cancer PC-9/ER xenografts in nude mice. Methods:Human lung cancer xenografts were established from PC-9/ER cells,and nude mice were randomly divided into control group,erlotinib group, PPP group, PPP and erlotinib combination group. The tumor volume and weight were measured. The tumor inhibition rate was evaluated. Results:Tumor growth was significantly slowed, tumor weight and volume were significantly decreased in combination group as compared with other groups(P<0.05). The tumor growth inhibition rates in erlotinib group,PPP group, PPP and erlotinib combination group were 10.4%, 42.3% and 67.8% respectively. Conclusions: Combination of PPP and erlotinib has an inhibitory effect on tumor growth of human lung cancer PC-9/ER xenografts,which may provide a new way for lung cancer therapy.
