摘 要:为研究退变椎间盘组织匀浆超氧化歧化酶 (SOD)的变化 ,运用静力平衡失调造模方法制造颈椎病椎间盘退变动物模型 ,通过黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定造模组与正常组的同一节段椎间盘组织匀浆SOD活力值。结果显示模型组动物椎间盘组织匀浆SOD活力值与正常对照组相比有明显降低趋势 (P <0 .0 5 )。表明椎间盘组织匀浆SOD活力值与颈椎病椎间盘退变有重要关系。In order to study the change of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the homogenate of degenerative intervertebral disk, animal models of intervertebral disk degeneration in cervical spondylosis were made with static dysequilibrium method, and the activity values of SOD in the same-segment-intervertebral-disk homogenate of the modeled and normal groups were determined with xanthine oxidase method. The results showed that the activity values of SOD in the intervertebral disk homogenate of the modeled group had a significant descending trend compared with that of the normal control group (P < 0.05), suggesting the activity values of SOD in the intervertebral disk homogenate is closely related to the intervertebral disk degeneration in cervical spondylosis.
