摘 要:目的 :研究牙周组织中三种主要细胞的形态、生长方式、增殖能力等生物学特性。方法 :对人牙龈成纤维细胞(GFs)、牙周韧带细胞 (PDLSs)及牙槽骨细胞 (ABCs)进行分离、培养、传代 ,在倒置显微镜下观察其形态学及生长方式 ,用MTT法检测细胞的增殖活性。结果 :三种细胞在镜下均表现出成纤维细胞的特征 ,但具有不同的增殖活性 ,GFs的增殖能力显著高于PDLSs和ABCs(P <0 0 1)。结论 :由于它们来源于不同的解剖部位 ,在体外培养中表现出不尽相同的特性 。Objective:To study the morphology,growth pattern,proliferative activity and other biological characteristics of the three types of cells which comprise the majority of cells in periodontium.Methods:Human gingival fibroblasts(GFs),periodontal ligament cells(PDLCs) and alveolar bone cells (ABCs) were isolated,cultured and subcultured.Cell morphology and growth pattern were observed under reverse microscope and cell proliferation was assayed using MTT method.Results:Though they were the same fibroblast like cells under the microscope,they showed different proliferative activity in vitro.The proliferation of GFs was higher than that of PDLCs and ABCs ( P <0 01).Conclusion:Because they were derived from different anatomical location and did not show the same biological characteristics in vitro,they may play different roles in vivo.
