摘 要: 采用4-氨基安替比啉直接光度法测定了化裂化汽油中的酚类化合物的质量分数。通过对催化裂化汽油组成的研究,发现催化裂化汽油中的酚类化合物对催化裂化汽油诱导期产生重大影响。催化裂化汽油酚的质量分数越高,则催化裂化汽油的诱导期越长。催化裂化汽油经碱脱除酚后,诱导期大幅度下降。催化裂化原料经加氢处理后,其中的大部分氧化物被脱除。利用渣油加氢裂化装置生产的加氢重油作为催化裂化原料时,所得的催化裂化汽油含酚质量分数较低,诱导期较短。The content of the phenols in the FCC gasoline is determined by the 4-amino antipyrine direct photometric analysis method. By means of the FCC gasoline composition, it was found that a tremendous influence of the induction period of the FCC gasoline is resulted from the phenols in the FCC gasoline. The longer the induction period is, the higher the phenols′mass fraction of the FCC gasoline is. The induction period is greatly decreased after the phenols are taken off with the alkali. The most of oxides in the FCC raw materials is discarded after hydrotreatment. When hydroprocessed heavy-oil from the residuum hydrocracking unit is used to the FCC raw materials, the phenol mass fraction in the FCC gasoline is lower and the induction period of the FCC gasoline is shorter.
