摘　　要：目的　观察硅油充填眼晶状体前囊膜及上皮细胞的病理学改变及 Caspase- 3表达 ,探讨硅油引起白内障的病因及与凋亡的关系。方法　收集 2 7只晶状体前囊膜 ,通过HE染色和免疫组化方法对硅油眼的晶状体前囊膜和上皮细胞及 Caspase- 3在其上的表达进行观察。结果　前囊膜下许多空间被硅油滴占据 ;Caspase- 3在晶状体上皮细胞有很好的表达 ,2 7例中有 2 3例呈阳性表达。结论　硅油滴与白内障的发生、发展有关 ;Objective To observe pathology and expression of Caspase 3 of anterior lens capsules and epithelial cells in cataract with tamponade silicone oil and investigate the relation with apoptosis.Methods We observed anterior lens capsules and epithelial cells in 27 cases of cataract with silicone oil and the expression of Caspase 3 by hematoxylin and eosin( HE) and immunohistochemistry.Results Many spaces were occupied by oil droplets beneath capsules; The expression of Caspase 3 was positive in 23 of 27 lens epithelial cells.Conclusion Silicone oil droplets may play an important role in genesis and progression of cataract; Apoptotic cell death is prevalent in cataract with silicone oil.
