摘  要:目的 观察一氧化氮合成酶 ( nitric oxide synthase,NOS)在正常和单眼视觉剥夺性幼猫视网膜中的变化 ,探讨一氧化氮 ( nitric oxide,NO)在弱视形成过程中的作用。方法用尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸黄递酶 ( nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate- di-aphorase,NADP- diaphorase)组织化学染色法观察正常组和单眼视觉剥夺组幼猫视网膜中NOS的变化。结果  ( 1)显微镜下观察 :正常组和单眼剥夺组幼猫视网膜平铺片可见 NOS阳性细胞 ,并可见细小的 NOS阳性纤维 ;( 2 )计算机图像分析系统测量 :正常组 :视网膜NOS阳性细胞平均密度左右眼比较 ,差异无显著意义 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;单眼视觉剥夺组 :非剥夺眼与剥夺眼比较 ,NOS阳性细胞平均密度差异有非常显著意义 ( P<0 .0 0 1) ,剥夺眼与正常眼比较 ,有非常显著意义 ( P<0 .0 0 1) ,非剥夺眼与正常眼比较 ,NOS阳性细胞平均密度差异无显著意义 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 Objective To observe the change of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in retina of normal and deprived kittens and to discuss the role of nitric oxide in(NO) the formation of amblyopia.Methods The distribution of nitric oxide synthase in retina of normal and moncoular deprived kittens has been studied by using NADPH diaphorase histochemical method.Results (1)Under microscope,NOS positive cells and NOS positive fibers were seen in the retina of normal kittens and monocular deprived kittens;(2)The analysis of computer images showed that in normal kittens the average NOS positive cell density in retina was similar in both eyes( P >0.05)and that in monocular deprived kittens the average NOS positive cell density in retina was different in non deprived eyes and in deprived eyes( P <0.001),and in deprived eyes and in normal eyes( P <0.001)but similar in non deprived eyes and in normal eyes ( P >0.05).In short, the number of NOS positive cells decreased in retina of the deprived eye.Conclusion NO might be act a new class of neurotransmitter and be involved in the formation,regulation and transmission of the visual information.
