摘  要:目的 设计一种外伤后前部增生性玻璃体视网膜病变 ( proliferative vitreo-retinopathy,PVR)导致慢性低眼压的动物模型。方法 色素兔 4 4只 ,实验组 2 2只 ,右眼做外伤后前部 PVR导致慢性低眼压的模型 ,对照组 2 2只 ,右眼仅做晶状体囊外摘除术 ,术后分别于 1d、1、2、4、8周测量眼压 ,术后 1、2、4、8周各取眼球做病理切片 ,观察睫状体及其周围区域的变化。结果 术后实验组和对照组之间眼压有显著性差异 ,实验组睫状突表面有纤维样增殖物 ,睫状上皮许多区域结构紊乱 ,部分区域上皮可见萎缩 ,甚至上皮结构消失 ,对照组睫状突的表面有个别纤维样条索状物 ,睫状体上皮完好。结论 本模型形成慢性低眼压的效果比较理想 ,而且比较接近于实际外伤 ,是研究外伤后前部Objective To design an animal model of chronic ocular hypotension due to anterior proliferative vitreoretinopathy after trauma.Methods Forty four pigmental rabbits, 22 right eyes of them were treated as model of chronic ocular hypotension due to anterior proliferative vitreoretinopathy after trauma and 22 as contrast underwent extracapsular lens extraction. IOP were measured at 1 day, 1week, 2, 4 and 8 weeks after surgery. Eyeballs were extracted for pathologic study at 1 week, 2, 4 and 8 weeks after surgery and region around ciliary body were examined. Results There was significant difference of IOP between 2 groups after surgery. There was proliferated fibriform matter among ciliary precesses of the treated group. Normal structure of ciliary epithelium was in disorder and some region was atrophied, even some was disappeared. While there was little proliferated fibriform matter among ciliary precesses of the contrast group and ciliary epithelium was normal. Conclusion This model can provide ideal chronic ocular hypotension and is mostly resemble true trauma. So it is a good model for study of chronic ocular hypotension due to anterior proliferative vitreoretinopathy after trauma.
