自体角膜缘联合羊膜移植术与联合结膜移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉比较

摘　　要：目的　比较自体角膜缘联合羊膜移植术和自体角膜缘联合结膜移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效 ,探讨自体角膜缘联合羊膜移植术能否代替自体角膜缘联合结膜移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉。方法　 36例 4 2眼复发性翼状胬肉患者随机分成 A、B 2组 ,A组 18例 2 2眼行自体角膜缘联合羊膜移植术 ;B组 18例 2 0眼行自体角膜缘联合结膜移植术。结果　 A组 2 0眼术后效果满意 ,2眼术后 5个月复发 ,复发率 9.0 9% ;B组 19眼术后效果满意 ,1眼术后 3个月复发 ,复发率 5 .0 0 % .2组术后复发率在统计学上无显著差异。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of corneal limbal autograft with amniotic membrane graft and with conjunctival autograft in the treatment of recurrent pterygium and to study whether corneal limbal autograft with amniotic membrane graft could be used as an alternative to corneal limbal autograft with conjunctival autograft.Methods Thirty six cases of 42 eyes were randomly divided into A and B group. In eighteen cases of 22 eyes were performed pterygium resection followed by corneal limbal autograft with amniotic membrane conjunctival graft in A group. In eighteen cases of 20 eyes were performed pterygium resection followed by corneal limbal autograft with conjunctival autograft in B group.Results Twenty eyes showed successful in A group. Only two eyes was recurrent after 5 months. Nineteen eyes showed successful in B group.Only one eye was recurrent after 3 months. There was no statistically difference.Conclusion Corneal limbal autograft with amniotic membrane graft could be used as an alternative to corneal limbal autograft with conjunctival autograft in the treatment of recurrent pterygium.
