摘 要:以木棉花多糖提取率为考察指标,通过单因素与响应面分析相结合方法,探讨超声-微波辅助提取木棉花中多糖的影响因素及最佳工艺。结果表明:影响超声-微波辅助提取木棉花中多糖提取率的因素顺序为微波功率>提取时间>料液比;最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶40 gmL,提取时间16 min,微波功率202 W,木棉花多糖提取率为0.953%±0.015%。此外,与传统水浴浸提法相比,超声-微波辅助提取法提高木棉花多糖的提取率,缩短提取时间,具有广泛的应用前景。The yield of Bombax ceiba polysaccharide was selected as investigation index,through single factor combined with response surface methodology,influence factor and optimum process of ultrasonic-microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccharide from Bombax ceiba were discussed. Results showed order of influence factors of ultrasonic-microwave-assisted extraction process was microwave power > extraction time > solid-to-liquid ratio. Optimal ultrasonic-microwave-assisted extraction conditions were solid-to-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 40( gmL),extraction time of 16 min,and microwave power of 202 W,and at this condition,yield of Bombax ceiba polysaccharide was 0. 953% ± 0. 015%. In addition,compared with traditional water extraction,ultrasonicmicrowave-assisted extraction methods improved yield of Bombax ceiba polysaccharide in a shorter time,which has broad application prospect.
