摘　　要：学风建设对于普通高校的生存和发展至关重要。高等教育的大众化为学风建设赋予了新的含义。本文探析了新时期普通高校的学风呈现的新特点,剖析了当前学风建设存在的不利因素,提出了学风建设的有效策略。Academic atmosphere is extremely important to existence and development of ordinary university. The popularization of higher education has given new implications to the construction of academic atmosphere. This paper explores new characteristics and adverse factors in current situation,and put forward effective strategies of academic atmosphere.
