摘　　要：我国现行的以基准地价为核心的地价公示制度在实际应用中不断暴露出缺陷 ,为克服这些缺陷 ,文章提出了建立标准宗地体系的具体方法和实施步骤 。Setting the benchmark land-value as its core, the present announcement system of land-value in our country gradually divulges its disfigurements in practical applications. This article advances the particular methods and practical steps for establish the standard land system , so as to conquer these disfigurements and make the management of land market more scientific and efficient.
