摘　　要：随着人类基因组计划地完成,非编码序列引起人们越来越多地关注。本文将介绍几种主要成分:内含子、可转移成分、简单重复序列,其中有些是人类疾病潜在病因,因此对它们的研究为一些疾病的治疗带来了广泛的前景。As the plan of“human genome”had been accomplished,the non-encode sequence has been furtherly concerned by the scientist.In this paper,it would clarify several main components.intron、mobile elements.simple repeating sequence,some of which would cause human's disease.So the study of the se- quence would stimulate the therapy.
