金果胃康颗粒对胃癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜基因蛋白(P53、c-myc)表达的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究金果胃康对胃癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜上皮 P5 3、c- myc基因蛋白表达的影响 ,探讨金果胃康治疗胃癌前病变的作用机制。方法 :用 6 0 Co照射建立大鼠胃黏膜上皮异型增生模型 ,设立空白组、造模组、金果胃康治疗组和维酶素对照组 ,用免疫组织化学法检测 P5 3、c- m yc蛋白表达水平。结果 :治疗组 P5 3、c- myc蛋白过表达率与造模组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :金果胃康可抑制大鼠胃黏膜 P5 3、c- m yc基因蛋白的表达 。Objective:To study the effect of Jinguo Weikang Granule(JWG) on the expression of P53 and c myc in the experimentally induced precancerous lesion of gastric cancer(PLGC) rats.Methods:The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups.The PLGC model was made by 60 Co γ ray.The expression of P53 and c myc were analyzed by immunohitochemistry.Results:The expression of P53 and c myc protein in the treatment group were reduced obviously compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0 05),Conclusion:The expression of P53 and c myc may be reduced by JWG,so gastric carcinogenesis may be prevented.
