夏枯草注射液为主治疗中晚期胃、大肠癌30例临床观察

摘　　要：选符合入选条件的中晚期胃、大肠癌住院患者 5 0例 ,随机分为治疗组 30例、对照组 2 0例。治疗组予夏枯草注射液静滴 ,对照组口服平消胶囊 ,疗程均为 30天。结果 :治疗组中医症候综合疗效明显优于对照组 (u=2 .5 2 0 0 ,P=0 .0 12 2 ) ;生存质量明显提高 ,且优于对照组 (t=2 .4 776 ,P=0 .0 174 ) ;治疗组每治疗 10人 ,可较对照组减少 1例实体瘤进展 (PD)患者 (NNT=10 ) ;治疗组 IFN- γ明显升高 (t=2 .396 0 ,P=0 .0 2 0 4 ) ,IL12、IFN- γ升高优于对照组 (t=2 .972 0 ,P=0 .0 0 4 7;t=2 .194 4 ,P=0 .0 36 1)。结论 :夏枯草注射液对中晚期胃与大肠癌证属脾胃或大肠湿热证者有较好的应用价值 。Fifty patients are randomly devided into two groups.One is given intravenous dripping of Prunella vulgaris L.injection(PVI),another CANELIM capsules(平消胶囊).Before and after treating,patients clinical manifestations,life quality(KPS scoring),human cytokine IL 10,IL 12,IFN γ are measured and statistically studied in order to compare the clinical efficiency,adjustment to human cytokine between the two medicine.Result:Clinical investigation shows the using of PVI can relieve patients abdominal distention,abdominal pain,constipation as well as improve poor appetite and taste.The total effective rate is 86.67%.After treatment,the patients' production of IFN γ increased(P<0 05),together with the increasement of IL 12 in serum,but without statistical significance.CANELIM capsule can alleviate patients' bellyache,improve poor appetite and bitter taste too.The total effective rate is 60%.But the capsule has no enhancement in immunology.No side effects are found from administration of PVI and CANELIM capsule.Conclusion PVI is a more effective medicine for late stage gastrointestinal carcinoma patients than CANELIM capsule with TCM pattern of dampness and heat in spleen and large intestine.This is related to its high quality of improving impaired cellular immune response in cancer.
