摘　　要：转配股上市是中国股市向规范、高效发展过程的一个产物。转配股上市对现代企业制度的建立 ,对法人股、国有股流通问题的解决都有重要的启示。本文通过实证分析 ,得出转配股价与净利润增长率、每股营业现金流量、投资所需资金量呈正相关且显著 ,并提出了制定转配股价的一个较好方法。Trans-right issues are unique phenomena and their listings occurr in the process of the capital market development in China.The impact on the market also has important implications for Chinese enterprise reform and the liquidity problems of state-owned stocks.By a positive analysis,this artice indicates that trans-rights price has a positive and notable correlation with the retained profits increase rate,the bussiness cash flow per share and the capital quantity needed by investment,and puts forwards a preferable method to determine the trans-rights price.
