摘　　要：在对国外立法进行借鉴的基础上 ,分析了对质的性质 ,提出对我国刑事诉讼中的有关规定应从主体、程序上进行完善。Based on the reference to the legislation in foreign countries, this thesis analyzes the nature of confrontation and argues that the improvement of the provisions in the criminal suit should be made with regard to the subject and procedure.
