摘　　要：对国际企业员工创造力开发问题的动力学分析 ,引用了挪威科学家Bjerkesv研究流体力学的涡旋运动时给出的数学模型 ,分析了整体性影响我国国际企业员工创造力开发的五个较深层次的相关因素 ,给出了分析和管理创造活动时应把握的几个关键性问题。Dynamical system analysis of international enterprises employees creativity development,quotes the mathematics model given by Norway scientist Bjerkesv's study of the vovtex in hydrodunamics, integrally puts forward five correlative factors of deeper layers that affect the creativity development of international enterprises employees, and gives several key problems that need to be held when we analyze and manage creative activities.
