摘　　要：本文阐述了群众性的质量管理活动是确保企业进步及发展的最生动内容,指出企业应 保持与时代同步,持续满足顾客需求,不断开创新局面。This paper indicates that the mass quality management activity is the most vigorous part for ensuring the progress and development of the enterprise, requiring that enterprises should advance with the times, continuously meet the customer's demands and set new phase.
