摘　　要：介绍一种他激式超声波振荡器的设计,采用了PLL频率控制和恒流开关电源,旨在改进医用领域的自激式超声波振荡器, 取得了良好效果,具有推广价值。In order to improve the self-excitation ultrasonic oscillator used in medical field, we have designed a new type of separate-excitation ultrasonic oscillator with PLL frequency control and current stabilizer switch power, which is introduced here in this paper. The oscillater has been proved with good effects and is worthy of popularization.
