摘  要:目的 :探讨激光焊接在不同参数条件下对钴铬合金焊接强度的影响。方法 :在 2种电压、3种脉冲持续时间条件下 ,对钴铬合金试样进行激光焊接 ,测量其抗拉强度 ,做断口扫描电镜分析。结果 :焊接试样抗拉强度与电压及脉冲持续时间呈正变关系 ,在电压为 72 0 V,脉冲持续时间为6ms时 ,与母材相比差别无显著性 ;断口扫描电镜显示 ,焊接的最大熔深约为 0 .9mm。结论 :Nd:YAG激光对钴铬合金的焊接性能优良 。Objective: To study the effect of different factors setting on mechanical strength of cobalt chromium alloy welded by laser. Methods: Cobalt chromium samples were welded by laser in two kinds of voltage for three kinds of pulse duration.The mechanical strengthes and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis were used to evaluate joined samples. Results:Positive ratio was present between the tensile strength and voltage and pulse duration.After welded in 720 V for 6 ms, the tensile strengthes was no significant difference with that of parent metal. SEM observation on fracture surface revealed that the most penetration depth was 0.9 mm. Conclusion: Nd:YAG laser welding of cobalt chromium alloy can get a good result and higher mechanical strengthes through selecting appropriate parameters.
