摘　　要：叙述了水环境容量基本概念的发展。明确了水环境容量的定义,分析了水环境容量的组成总结了自然环境容量、管理环境容量和可分配环境容量等新概念,并介绍其在环境管理中的应用。This paper introduces the development of basic concept of water environ -mental capacity; puts forward the definition and the composition of water environmental capacity. It summarizes new concept of natural environmental capacity, managing environ mental capacity and distributable environmental capacity; and introduces its application in environmental management.
