摘　　要：在当前经济飞速发展,市场瞬息万变的社会,超前思维和创新思维对做好秘书工作是不可或缺的,秘书人员必须把握这两种思维方式,以便更好地为领导的工作与决策服务。With the development of economy and constant change of the society, having creativity and the ability to think beforehand is indispensable to secretaries. Therefore, secretaries should have these two modes of thinking so as to do their job well and help the leader to make better decisions.
