摘　　要：目的 :总结心脏粘液瘤的外科治疗及手术效果。方法 :回顾 2 5例心脏粘液瘤病人在低温体外循环下行瘤体切除 ,手术后随访 2 5例 ,随访率 10 0 %。结果 :随访 6个月至 10年 ,全组病人无手术和远期死亡 ,未见瘤体复发及远处种植转移 ,心功能恢复到Ⅰ级 (NYHA)。结论 :心脏粘液瘤一旦明确诊断 ,应尽早手术治疗 ,近远期效果良好。Objective:To review the surgery treatment and result of the primary myxoma of heart .Methods:25 cases of myxoma heart were removed with moderate bypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass.all cases (100%)were follow-up.Results:There was no operative and late postoperate death.The patients didn't show symptoms and signs of recurrence and metastsis during a follow 0.5-10 years,all patient's cardiac function recovered to degree Ⅰ(NYHA).Conclusion:once the patients of myxoma of heart is confirmed ,the patients should accept surgical treatment as soon as possible .The result of surgical treatment is satisfying.
