摘　　要：介绍了近年来电液伺服阀的技术进展,就各种电液伺服阀的工作原理、结构设计以及性能特点给予了分析和评价,并对电液伺服阀的发展趋势作了探讨。Li QipengTechnical progresses of electro-hydraulic servo valves in recent years are described and the operating principle, structure design and performance features are analyzed and assessed. The developing trend of electro-hydraulic servo valves is investigated.
