摘　　要：以对氯氯苄、亚磷酸三甲酯、邻磺酸苯甲醛为原料,经阿尔布卓夫重排反应,生成对氯苄基磷酸酯,然后在有机碱作用下与邻磺酸苯甲醛发生Witting-Horner缩合反应,制得了4-氯-二苯乙烯-2′-磺酸中间体,再经镍催化体系催化制得4,4′-二(2-磺酸基苯乙烯基)联苯(荧光增白剂CBS)。利用该工艺制备荧光增白剂CBS的总收率可达到66 4%,同时避免了以强刺激物4,4′-二氯甲基联苯为中间原料的老工艺合成路线。4-chlorobenzyl phosphate(1) was synthesized through дрбузовs rearrangement reaction using 4-chlorobenzyl chloride,trimethyl phosphate and benzaldehyde-2-sulfonic acid(2) as reagents.(1)had Wittig-Horner condensation reaction with(2) to produce 4-chloro-diphenylethene-2′-sulfonic acid(3) as intermediate.Fluorescent whitening agent CBS was prepared from(3) under the action of catalyst containing Ni.The yield of CBS reached 664 %,and the irritation of 4,4′-dichloromethyldibenzyl that was used as intermediate by old process could be avoid.
