摘　　要：本文分别论述了改革我国现行法官制度的五个问题:贯彻“法官独立”的指导思想、提高法官的选任标准、建立主审法官制、废除现行的不合理制度和建立法官身份保障制。This text discussed five problems of the reformation of te current judge system of china:carry through the leading thought of ' judge indeendence ; increase the standard of empanel of judge; establish the system of chief umpire judge; abolish the current unreasonable system; establish the system of status guarantee.
