摘  要:目的 :观察应激大鼠血浆与肾上腺组织血管紧张素 (Ang )的水平及血管紧张素原 (ANG) m RNA在肾上腺组织中的表达。方法 :2 4只雄性大鼠随机分为 3组 (急性游泳组 ,慢性电击组和对照组 ) ,采用放免分析法和原位杂交技术分别检测不同应激情况下大鼠血浆与肾上腺组织 Ang 的水平及 ANGm RNA在肾上腺组织中的表达。结果 :急性游泳组和慢性电击组血浆与肾上腺组织 Ang 含量及ANG m RNA在肾上腺组织中表达均显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :应激时肾上腺局部肾素 -血管紧张素系统 (RAS)被显著激活 ,进一步支持局部Objective:To observe plasma and adrenal level of angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ)and adrenal expression of angiotensinogen (ANG) mRNA in stress rats Methods:Twenty four male rats were randomly allocated to 3 groups:acute swimming,chronic electric shock and control group Plasma and adrenal concentration of Ang Ⅱand adrenal expression of ANG mRNA in 3 groups were determined by radioimmunoassay and in situ hybridization,respectively Results: Plasma and adrenal Ang Ⅱ content and adrenal ANG mRNA expression in acute swimming and chronic electric shock groups were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0 05 and P <0 01,respectively) Conclusion: There is an obvious activation of adrenal renin angiotensin system(RAS)under stress,and this strongly supports the view that regional RAS contributes to stress reaction
