9例囊虫病患者治疗前后TNFα、IL-6、IL-8和sIL-2R血清水平的观察

摘　　要：目的 :检测囊虫病患者血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)、白细胞介素 - 6(IL - 6)、白细胞介素 - 8(IL - 8)和血清可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (s IL - 2 R)治疗前后的变化。方法 :用酶联免疫法测定囊虫病 9例治疗前后的血清 TNFα、IL - 6、IL - 8和 s IL - 2 R的含量 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 :经 5个疗程治疗 ,9例治疗后的血清 TNFα(0 .2 3± 0 .35) μg· L- 1、IL- 6(0 .0 7± 0 .0 9) μg· L- 1、IL- 8(0 .1 0± 0 .0 1 ) μg· L- 1和 s IL- 2R(1 52 .62± 56.34) U/ m L的水平与治疗前比呈显著下降 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :囊虫病患者血清 TNFα、IL- 6、IL - 8和 s IL- 2Objective:To observe the changes in serum level of TNFα,IL 6,IL 8 and sIL 2R in cysticercosis.Methods: Serum level of TNFα,IL 6,IL 8 and sIL 2R was detected by ELISA in 9 patients with cysticercosis before and after therapy.Results:Serum level of TNFα,IL 6,IL 8 and sIL 2R remarkably reduced following 5 courses of treatment in comparison with that before treatment ( P <0.05).Conclusion:It is suggested that the increased level of serum TNFα,IL 6,IL 8 and sIL 2R might be partly related to the presence of cysticerci in the body.
