摘　　要：目的:评价在单侧颈动脉阻断过程中SEP监测的作用。方法:10例患者,术中暂时阻断单侧颈动脉。SEP在手术前、中、后监测。结果:在单侧颈动脉阻断过程中,8例出现SEP显著改变。结论SEP是脑缺血的有用指标。Objective: To evaluate whether the SEP monitoring is useful during the unilateral cervical carotid artery occlusion. Method: 10 patients, of which unilateral cervical carotid artery was occluded temporarily, were monitored by SEP before, during and after the surgery. Result : During the unilateral cervical carotid artery occlusion, significant changes of SEP were found in 8 patients. Conclusion : SEP is the useful modality for monitoring brain ischemia.
