摘　　要：【目的】　探讨TSG 6基因在 3T3 L1脂肪细胞诱导分化中表达水平的变化。　【方法】　采用细胞培养和RT PCR技术 ,检测细胞诱导分化不同时段脂肪细胞中TSG 6基因的表达水平。　【结果】　①随着脂肪细胞逐渐分化成熟 ,TSG 6基因mRNA表达水平逐渐升高 ;②TSG 6基因表达水平除在细胞分化第 0～ 2d、第 3～ 5d和第 7～ 10d各时段内差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )外 ,其余各时段之间表达水平差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。　【结论】　TSGTo investigate the changes of TSG 6 gene expression during 3T3 L1 preadipocyte differentiation. 3T3 L1 preadipocyte was differentiated into the adipocyte. Total RNA from the preadipocytes and adipocytes were extracted and the levels of TSG 6 mRNA expression were evaluated by RT PCR. ① In preadipocyte, the level of TSG 6 gene mRNA expression remained at low. In the presence of Dex, MIX and Insulin, the TSG 6 gene mRNA expression was induced at a very early stage and remained at high level in mature adipocyte. ② There was a significant difference between any two detected phases in the levels of TSG 6 gene mRNA expression, except that the levels of TSG 6 gene mRNA expression did not increase obviously in day 0 to day 2, day 3 to day 5 and day 7 to day 10.[Conclusions] TSG 6 gene may be involved in adipocyte differentiation and adipogenesis.
