大学生余暇体育行为与体育消费的趋向与思考

摘　　要：通过运用文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计等方法，对山西大学的本科生的余暇体育行为和体育消费的趋向进行分析，山西大学二年级学生余暇时间较多，对体育的喜欢程度也较高，但余暇体育行为并不是很理想；而体育消费情况还是以中低档为主，但在城乡性别等方面上发生了一定变化，建议有关部门应加强组织和管理，加大对体育的宣传力度，提高学生余暇生活质量和引导正确消费路线，为进一步开展全民健身活动积极创造条件。This article analyses the Shanxi University undergraduates’ sports behavior in spare time and sports consumption by means of documents, questionnaires and statistics. The sophomores in Shanxi University have more spare time and like sports even more, but the sports behavior in their spare time isn’ t satisfying. Meanwhile, most of the sports goods are mid-grade or low-grade, but there are much difference between urban and rural areas, between males and females. So some department should strengthen management and pagation to improve the students’ life quality in spare time and guide the consumption value so as to offer more opportunities for the citizens taking exercises.
