杀虫素48B的发酵、分离及性质初步研究

摘　　要：杀虫素48B是从黑微紫链霉菌浅色变种发酵液菌丝体中分离出来的一种杀虫活性物质,经过对其理化性质的测定及UV,IR,EI MS,1H NMR,13C NMR等光谱分析,初步推测为一种长链状不饱和脂类化合物,是一种结构新颖的杀虫抗生素.Insecticide No.48B was isolated from the mycelium of Streptomyces nigroviolens varpallens Yan & Zhang, based on physicochemical properties and spectral data of UV,IR, EIMS, 1HNMR and 13CNMR of insecticide No48B, it was identified as lipoid substance which would be insecticide antibiotics with a novel structure; And it was demonstrated that this substance had advantages of higher stability and safety.
